Glampedakis S.A. is the development of a dynamic course in the field of constructions, which originates in 1933, in our forefather, Emmanouil Glampedakis. The art and technique in the creation of appreciable structural constructions passed on to the second and third generation, by which the company is now managed. Thus, having the required multiannual experience in the field, the firm aims at its further development, through the construction of high quality structures, even aesthetics and respect towards the environment and man himself.

The main object of the firm is sales of apartments and villas, designed with the most modern ideas and constructed with the most certified and luxurious materials in the market. It is about apartments and houses that allocate spacious and tasteful internal and exterior spaces, comfortable balconies and swimming-pools, all made with materials that not only accent the high aesthetics that we aim, but mainly with materials who’s perfection provides a luxurious and a safe structure.

Apart from constructing, the company takes on architectural studies of apartments, houses and hotels. Emmanouil Glampedakis (*) takes the responsibility for the study of your residence, from the publication of authorization to its completion. Each case is it is studied as separate, and is given the best possible solution, according to your space, needs and economical capabilities. Emmanouil is also able to provide high level consultancy on the seismic design, analysis and assessment of both existing and new buildings, industrial, nuclear and other types of structure. It is based on his studies which are specialized in Earthquake Engineering (*). He also exists to provide high level advice on the Environmental design for both public and private projects.

(*) Emmanouil Glampedakis graduated with a MEng in Environmental Engineering from Technical University of Crete in 2005. He continued his studies in the UK and he graduated with a BEng in Civil Engineering from Heriot Watt University (Edinburgh) in 2008 with honours of First Class. In 2009, he graduated from Imperial College London with the degree of MSc in Earthquake Engineering with Distinction.
